XRI V2.0 Specifications Now OASIS Committee Draft Status
On March 14 2005, the OASIS XRI (Extensible Resource Identifier) Technical Committee voted unanimously to advance the XRI 2.0 specifications to Committee Draft status. It also voted to begin the OASIS 30-day public review period required before specifications can proceed to a full OASIS member vote.
The XRI 2.0 suite includes three specifications:

The XRI 2.0 Committee Draft specifications are all available via the XRI TC home page. Also available is Introduction to XRIs, a guide to XRIs and the problems they solve. Comments on all these documents may be submitted via the Comments link on the XRI TC home page.
